Onboarding Coaching managment

As a Coaching Manager, it is my responsibility to oversee the onboarding process of 3 coaches for new hires and ensure that they have a seamless transition into their new roles. I am the bridge between new hires and management, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process. I use my strong communication skills and knowledge of company culture to create a comfortable and friendly environment for new hires, making sure they feel supported and welcomed. I strive to help them settle in quickly, so that they can focus their attention on achieving success in their new roles.
